User Agreement
Last updated: 2026-04-02
1. Governing Law and Venue
This User Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would refer to another jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, the Site, or services offered by SprintMesh Academy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your place of residence afford you non-waivable rights to bring claims elsewhere. Where Korean law provides a mandatory forum for consumer disputes, that provision shall prevail. You agree to attempt good-faith resolution through written notice to the contact email before initiating formal proceedings, allowing at least fifteen business days for response.
2. Service Description
SprintMesh Academy provides educational programs, workshops, and related materials concerning IT project management certification preparation and delivery practice. Services may be delivered online, in person, or in hybrid formats depending on the offering you select. Unless expressly stated in a separate order form, we do not provide employment placement, outcome guarantees, or professional licensing beyond training and coaching. Access to digital materials is granted for the duration stated at purchase. We may update course descriptions to reflect curriculum improvements, provided such updates do not materially reduce the core learning objectives you reasonably expected at the time of purchase.
3. Intellectual Property
All instructional materials, templates, assessments, trademarks, and branding displayed on this Site remain the property of SprintMesh Academy or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use materials for personal or internal organizational learning during your enrollment period. You may not resell, publicly redistribute, scrape, or create derivative works for commercial distribution without written permission. You retain ownership of your own original work product you create during exercises, subject to the license you grant us solely to review and provide feedback within the program context.
4. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Site, submitting forms, registering for programs, or using downloadable resources, you acknowledge that you have read this User Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms. If you are registering on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately. Continued use after we post changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, except where applicable law requires explicit consent for specific changes affecting consumer rights.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or specific programs for conduct that disrupts other learners, violates law, or breaches these terms, including misuse of credentials or abusive communications toward staff. You may terminate unused digital access by written notice where permitted by the Refund Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive—such as intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law—remain in effect after termination. Termination does not excuse payment obligations that accrued prior to the effective termination date unless otherwise required by law or the Refund Policy.
