1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to tuition-based programs purchased directly from SprintMesh Academy through mesh-hub.one or associated enrollment flows, except where a separate enterprise agreement explicitly supersedes these terms. Informational prices displayed on the Site are not offers to sell where local law requires additional steps. Because we do not operate checkout on this Site, refund eligibility may depend on the payment channel or invoice issuer named in your confirmation. Digital access materials are licensed, not sold, and certain items may be non-refundable once accessed as described below.
2. Eligibility
Consumers located in Korea may have statutory rights to withdraw from distance contracts within seven days under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., subject to exceptions for services already performed with consent. Separately, where we offer a goodwill fourteen-day window for certain self-paced products not yet accessed beyond the introductory module, eligibility will be stated in your order confirmation. Corporate cohorts billed under purchase orders follow the contract’s cancellation article. If you are uncertain which regime applies, contact team@mesh-hub.one with your order identifier.
3. Exceptions
Non-refundable items may include downloaded proprietary templates after access, one-on-one coaching sessions already delivered, or custom materials prepared specifically for your organization. If you accessed more than the stated introductory portion of a self-paced product, partial refunds may be calculated based on consumed value. Fees charged by third-party payment processors may be non-recoverable even when tuition is refunded. Promotional bundles are refunded as a package; partial retention may apply if components were consumed unevenly.
4. Process
Submit refund requests in writing to team@mesh-hub.one with your full name, course name, purchase date, and reason for the request. We may ask for reasonable verification to prevent fraud. Approved refunds for card payments are typically initiated through the original payment path; timing depends on your issuer. If you paid via invoice, refunds follow the banking details validated on your vendor profile. We will communicate approvals or denials with an explanation grounded in this Policy and applicable law.
5. Timeframe
We aim to confirm receipt of refund requests within five business days and to conclude review within fifteen business days for straightforward cases. Complex enterprise contracts or disputed attendance records may require additional time; we will provide interim updates. Statutory withdrawal periods under Korean law operate independently of goodwill windows; where they conflict, the stronger consumer protection applies. Refund processing to your account may take additional banking days beyond our internal approval stamp.
